QoL and minor balance update!


Updated the game with some quality of life things, bug fixes as well as balanced some things. 

Please Jam leaders/mods let me know if these are too far/too much. Nothing new was really 'added' just adjusted and fixed. I will add the original windows build.

BUGS FIXED:

  • Certain Audio cues were WAY to loud, now are appropriate volume!
  • Warning SFX and wind up animation of the Boss were not in sync. Fixed!
  • The speed upgrade. Did not work. Now does. Whoops 🤷‍♂️
  • Various number changes to avoid some edge case breakages.

ADDED:

  • Skip button for text scenes.
  • Player HP is visible on the shop screen. (Was annoying having to remember your HP before entering)
  • Added some tips to the shop item descriptions. (Instead of just adding them to the game page)

BALANCE:

  • Enemies correctly get health per level.
  • Enemy amount per level adjusted (generally lower, but ramps up)
  • Made just staying to the right, cheesing the game harder if not impossible. (Can't go all the way to the right, enemies now correctly randomise their location slightly too)
  • Prices of upgrades adjusted to new scaling, not EVERYTHING is to be bought by the end, unless you're cracked at the game.
