A Rogue-little turn-based game about a longer than expected journey home after an adventure. Choose your path back home, fighting the remnants of the skeleton lord's army as you go. Pop into the Cart Mart to increase your sword swinging skills and loot chests to keep the wallet padded!

Made for the Norwich Games Festival 2025 Game Jam!

CONTROLS and INFO:

  • All controls use just the mouse!
  • Attacks: left click, hold and drag!
  • Slice through enemies to deal more damage. Each part can take a hit!
  • Some parts of an enemy are armoured, slashes will be stopped and that part will take no damage until the armour is broken!

BUGS and BROKEN BITS:

There's lots of scuff and I ran out of time to do proper audio or music :( There seems to be some weird fluke bugs that are likely quirks of Godot.

  • Sometimes blocking just, doesn't work!

PROGRAMS USED:

  • Godot 4.4
  • Blender (Sword/Shield rendering)
  • Aseprite (All the enemy sprites and intent icons)
  • Pixel Composer (Backgrounds SO POWERFUL)
  • Ableton (Audio chopping and recording PO-20 sfx)
